I’m a Senior Technical Program Manager at Databricks, currently focused on enterprise AI products.
I own internal AI products across employee support and go-to-market — setting the roadmap, scaling them function by function, and measuring whether they actually changed how the work gets done.
I came to enterprise AI through safety-critical offshore engineering, where a design error is a physical one. That shaped how I think about production systems: the hard problems aren't in the model, they're in the workflows, governance, and measurement that make people trust it enough to change how they work.
